We are looking for a Temporary (potential for permanent) Part Time Overnight Guest Services Concierge to join the team at Bowline Hotel! You need to be an expert in customer service and possess a polite and friendly attitude. If this sounds like you, we’d love to meet with you.

Responsibilities and Duties:

-Checking guests in/out

-Light Night Audit duties

-Answering phones

-Assist guests with any late night issues

-Handling guest complaints with efficiency and professionalism

-Creating positive guest experiences

-Tidy up front desk and lobby

-Help out in laundry

Qualifications:

-Hotel experience a plus

-Night Audit/Overnight experience a plus

-Excellent customer service

-Positive attitude

-Great teamwork

Working Hours and Benefits:

This is a temporary (potential for permanent) part time position and you will average 24-32 hours per week. Overnight shifts Wednesday-Saturday 11pm-7am.
