A DAY IN THE LIFE

As a fleet associate, your typical day involves various tasks to support the efficient and cost-effective operation of the company's vehicles. Days will be filled with performing a weekly fleet inventory to ensure accurate tracking, communicating with dealerships and body shops to confirm repairs, and assisting the Fleet Manager with scheduling vehicle maintenance and repairs, obtaining estimates, and generating purchase orders for approval.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Monday.com
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced office
• Strong attention to detail

• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation
• Regular and predictable attendance

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support fleet services to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and cost control
• Perform fleet inventory weekly.
• Communicate with dealerships and body shops to confirm repair completion dates.
• Assist the Fleet Manager with scheduling vehicle maintenance and repairs as needed: Obtain estimates and parts price quotes, and generate purchase orders for approval.
• Add insurance and maintenance documents to vehicles as needed.
• Ensure vehicle logos and decals are current and meet brand standards according to leadership vision.
• Assist with preparing vehicles for sale: Complete essential condition report checklist, verify equipment and parts such as spare keys are complete, and coordinate repairs or maintenance with Fleet Manager if required.
• Assist with accident reporting and subrogation tasks.
• According to the critical dates summary, assist with the future needs of additional fleet vehicles in the brand.
• Assist with the timely preparation and delivery of vehicles for new stores in the brand.
• Coordinate tag registrations and renewals for each vehicle.
• Performs other duties as assigned
